Our Lady Eagles Basketball Head Coach,  Loyd Morgan Jr.

Coach Morgan comes to us from Rogers High School where he was the Head Girls Basketball Coach.  He has also coached at Troy and Thrall High School. 

Coach Morgan has 661 career wins and a state tournament appearance!   Besides Girls Basketball, Coach Morgan has coached Varsity Girls Track and Cross Country with state

appearances in both!!    He has been the President of the Texas Girls Coaches Association as well.

 His teaching experience includes Anatomy and Physiology, Aquatic Science, Biology and Environmental Science.   Additionally, he was  awarded the "Golden Apple" Temple Telegram Outstanding Educator Award!

Coach Morgan is married to Karen Morgan for 34 years.  Dr. Karen Morgan is an administrator at Temple ISD. They have 2 daughters, Joly who teaches middle school and Kate who is a girls basketball coach teaching science and special education.

Our Eagles Basketball Head Coach, Lance Key

 Coach Key has been teaching for 22 years and coaching for 18.  He has been a Head Boy's Basketball coach for 5 years and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Howard Payne University and a Masters of Education from the University of North Texas.  He has taught junior high and high school English for the majority of his educational career; however, Coach Key will be teaching high school BIM at Mildred. Married to his wife, Wendy, and they have a twelve year old daughter, London. Coach Key graduated from Robinson High School in 1994.
